Form Features
Form Builder
Open eLMS will build the appropriate data capture forms based on any existing word documents, else use the form builder to create forms yourself.
Edit Forms
Forms are highly customisable. Data in each field can be mapped to data in Open eLMS and certain forms can be made editable or viewable only by certain roles in the system.
Form Distribution
Forms can be accessed by learners form their home screen. Email alerts push people through the process of form completion.
Report Generation
Data from forms is merged into reports. The system can use the data to create graphs, tables or simply produce paper based versions of the completed forms.
