Implementing Reconciliation, Equity, and Justice in the Modern Era

What does reconciliation look like in practice? This course moves beyond the theoretical to provide learners with the tangible skills needed to support Indigenous sovereignty and social justice. We will examine the structural barriers that sustain inequity in Canada - ranging from the justice system to corporate hiring practices - and identify specific pathways for meaningful change. Grounded in the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) and the TRC Calls to Action, this course empowers participants to become active participants in the decolonization of their workplaces, communities, and personal lives.
