What information do we collect on this public facing website?

We collect information to be used for registering on demonstration systems and contacting you to send marketing materials. This is an open and honest process and you will be informed what the data will be used for when registering.

This applies to the company website and any publicly available apps (e.g. on Google Play or the Apple Store.).

Privacy has been considered as a primary factor in design of all our systems.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To personalize your experience
    (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
  • To improve customer service
    (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
  • To send periodic emails

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, Consent will always be sought prior to doing this as a lawful basis for carrying out these activities.

Where do we store your information?

Data storage is provided by European leading infrastructure supplier Microsoft Azure with the Primary Server located in London, UK and the Secondary in Cardiff, UK.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, relevant financial Personally Identifiable Information (credit cards, social security numbers, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Azure maintains the largest compliance portfolio in the industry both in terms of breadth (total number of offerings), as well as depth (number of customer-facing services in assessment scope). Do we use cookies?

The public facing eLearning WMB website uses an opt in process for recording cookies for use with the Google Ads service. These cookies target adverts to site visitors relating to eLearning WMB’s Open eLMS service when visiting third party websites. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings.

Do we disclose any personal information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

Subject Access Requests

Information kept on any subject will be provided in the response to any subject access request in a machine readable form within 30 days.  This will be in xml or csv formats and contain all personal data and information concerning any occasions when that data was transferred to any third party (such as trusted parties or assist us in operating our website who have agreed to keep any information confidential.)

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
