You will learn to identify and eliminate the eight common types of workplace waste, alongside applying the practical 5S methodology for improved organisation and productivity on the shop floor. The course also explores Just-In-Time and Kaizen principles, including the PDCA cycle and Kanban systems, enabling you to actively support continuous improvement initiatives.
