You will learn to create circuits compliant with BS 7671, performing precise load calculations, voltage drop, and earth fault loop impedance. The course covers advanced topics such as LED technology, smart controls including DALI and automatic systems, and the commissioning of emergency lighting to BS 5266. You will also understand various wiring topologies and develop effective fault-finding procedures, ensuring optimal energy efficiency in line with UK Building Regulations, particularly Part L.
