Newton's First Law
Introduction to Newton's First Law
Newton's First Law of Motion, often called the Law of Inertia, is a fundamental principle in physics that describes how objects behave in the absence of external forces. It states that an object at rest will stay at rest, and an object in motion will stay in motion with the same speed and in the same direction, unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.
