How to present Open eLMS/Open eLMS AI
Open eLMS/Open eLMS AI should be presented using a combination of PowerPoint Presentation and a tour of the actual system. These PowerPoint Presentations can be downloaded and edited/rebranded according to the value added services offered.
The basic structure of client consultation usually follows the format:
Face to face presentation using the provided PowerPoint presentations below. The presentation usually lasts 30-60 minutes. We welcome feedback on what works/does not work as we are always improving the core presentation.
Use the URL provided below to demonstrate the system. We recommend this tour is provided immediately after or during the presentation. The tour typically takes 30-60 minutes. Use the videos in the Tours section below to understand how a tour can be delivered.
Open eLMS staff will support you with these tours as and when needed.
Offer the client an on-site trial. This can be arranged with Open eLMS for a trial of the Learning Management System. For Open eLMS AI a trial can be arranged by simply going to www.openelms.ai.
Make trials of limited time (14 days generally) and arrange it to start at a time when resources are free to ensure a level of commitment from the client.
After the trial the client should be ready to make a decision. It may be months before they can commit or are ready to phase out existing systems, but Open eLMS will need at least 12 weeks to migrate data and create integrations needed.
Ask Open eLMS for access to the cost calculator to obtain quotes from clients. For the LMS you need the total number of people housed within the system. For Open eLMS AI you need the total number of editors or if a company wide licence, we need to know the size of the organisation and the predicted use case.

This presentation can be customised to the Consultant Reseller’s requirements. This presentation should be used in most cases where there is an opportunity to replace the existing LMS.
At Open eLMS we standardise the presentation (making accommodations for each client) so we can feedback what works/does not work – so all benefit from the experience.

Open eLMS

#1 Learner
You should always demonstrate the learner first, as this is the most visually engaging part of the system and provides context for all other roles.
#2 Manager
This is the first management role which should be demonstrated. Introduces the concept of role based design and then displays the data stored on learners both at the summative and detailed levels. Emphasise that this role manages the learners through the system as well as reporting on the collected data.
#3 Curriculum Developer
This role focuses on the curation and creation of learning within an organisation. The hierarchy of learning from Learning Resources > Lessons > Learning Programmes is introduced. AI powered creation of eLearning and Learning Programmes is also highlighted.
#4 Super Administrator
This role has access to all other roles as well as all personnel using the system. This tour gives an overview of functionality and shows how this role is used to set up the system. Reporting options are also considered.

Generating eLearning
This is a tour about how to demonstrate Open eLMS AI – it segues to the Power Point presentation above.
This presentation shows how to create, edit and share eLearning created by Artificial Intelligence covering:

- Adding images (adding using AI or from the library)

Onsite Trials
Contact sales@openelms.com to set up a trial for the client. We will need:
- Name of client
- Logo – or where to find it
- Email of main contact
We will then set up the site and provide you with the login details for the main contact.
We highly recommend you organise a follow up meeting at this stage before they get started. We should be invited to these meetings (at least initially) so we can advise on how to populate the system with users, create learning and discuss data migration and system integrations. Check our calendar for availability at https://calendly.com/online-demos-1/open-elms-consultant-support an hour should be appropriate for this process.
Remind the client they have a limited time to do the trial – usually 14 days although exceptions can be made depending upon the scale of the trial.
The client will be provided with:
- A branded site
- An Administrator login which which they can create user accounts and logins
- Getting Started instructions
- An hour instruction session

Quotes
Open eLMS will provide all resources you will need in order to issue a quote for Open eLMS services and to review commission. This is your bottom line, we will not restrict you from add value added services.
Contact sales@openelms.com to obtain access to the costing spreadsheet from which quotes and commission can be derived – you must sign the Reseller Agreement (see below) with Open eLMS prior to being granted access.

End User Licence Agreement (for the client)
If selling Open eLMS, there is an additional agreement between Consultant (reseller) and Open eLMS which is attested to by both parties that underlines the relationship.
