Apprentices

As students complete learning tasks, be that eLearning, videos or web resources, the system will keep a record of their work recorded on their eportfolio. This, combined with the ability to upload and submit their own work in a multitude of formats allows them to build a single record of all learning which can be taken with them after the completion of the apprenticeship allowing life-long learning.  Classroom and online sessions are scheduled in the system which the student can attend in person or via the integrated webinar sessions.  Assignments can be submitted and students can collaborate with their fellow apprentices using the many social learning tools in the system.

Trainer

The trainer interface allows the monitoring of class progress and pinpointing areas for improvement at the earliest instance. Trainers can use the AI features to create eLearning materials on any topic and can add them to classes or issue them as homework which is marked by the system.

Curriculum Developer

The Curriculum Developer has the ability to organise resources from a central library into a structured programme of learning over time for each apprenticeship. Curriculum Developers can also create new eLearning in minutes using Artificial Intelligence.

OFSTED/ESFA Inspection

External inspectors can use the system to easily review past learning and feedback, and the system can also be used internally to monitor staff performance.

Administrators

Administrators can use custom forms to onboard apprentices as well as adding a 3 monthly review process to ensure students are remaining on target.  Administrators can create custom reports as well as management dashboards to monitor every element of the system.
