Open eLMS offers extensive integration capabilities with various third-party systems, allowing for seamless data synchronization and interoperability. 

Some of the key integrations include:

  • Anders Pink: For up to date news feeds.

  • Badgr and Credly: Both these badging services allow for the linking of badges to learning achievements (CPD points). These badges can be shared on social media.

  • Civica, Stripe, Pay 360, Global Payments: These options can be adopted as the default payments engine.

  • Go1: Add up to 1 million new learning resources from Go1. Go1 licences can be purchased through Open eLMS.

  • Google Analytics: For tracking and analysing user behaviour and engagement.

  • Google Jamboard: This features is a whiteboard that can be added to webinars and recorded with events..

  • H5P: An interactive content authoring tool for creating engaging learning resources.

  • Open eLMS AI: Set up an integration with an Open eLMS AI account for creating eLearning from within the system using Artificial Intelligence.

  • Olark: For live chat functionality, enabling communication between learners and support staff or fellow students.

  • Moodle: Allows direct opening and tracking of Moodle courses within Open eLMS.

  • Microsoft Outlook: Set up an integration with Outlook for two way calendar synching and Teams integration.

  • Microsoft Power BI: For generating custom reports, data dashboards, and visualizations.

  • Microsoft Teams: For web conferencing, collaboration, and communication within the learning environment.

  • Salesforce/IBM Maximo: CRM platforms for managing customer data and interactions.

  • Turnitin: For plagiarism detection and academic integrity.

  • YouTube: For embedding videos as learning resources.

  • Zoom: For web conferencing, virtual classrooms, and live lessons.

Open eLMS can also integrate with any third-party system using its API, which allows for push and pull requests to and from the Open eLMS system. This makes the number of integrations theoretically limitless. Additionally, Open eLMS supports integration with SSO technologies like MS Active Directory (LDAP) and SCORM & Experience API for learning content interoperability.
