Open eLMS is also LTI v 1.3 certified platform. The idea of LTI is to have a common interface, so that you don’t have to program an ‘API’ for each site you want to integrate with.

This means that a solution (for instance use Open eLMS learning resources from a third party LMS) can be written once and then reused on any other similar certified platform. This brings great savings in implementing interoperable systems within the learning sector.
