The Open eLMS branding on the system is very subtle – only visible on the expanded menu. This is removable on the Enterprise version of the system. Any user can add their company logo to every screen and change branding colour on the toolbar.

The documents are only used to generate eLearning, the information contained therein is not stored or used in any way to train Large Language Models. All IP in any courses (and the courses themselves) remain the rights of Open eLMS users.

Yes, standard and enterprise users of the system can sell their courses off their website or via any third party eLearning sales service?

Courses can be shared as direct links or SCORM files (v2004 or v1.2).

AI will look at an uploaded document or text prompt and then design eLearning around that content (including a quiz if required.) Once the first draft is created then AI can be called upon to expand topics (adding more detail) as well as generate new images that better match the content.

These are interventions by the designer, which allow for increased detail on any topic where it is needed which is generated by the AI.

Yes, Open eLMS AI courses can be edited using its drag and drop interface in your browser. This system has been in development since 2007 and allows for complete free-form editing of the eLearning including adding new media and interactivity.

Yes record audio as an MP3 and upload using the narrator button on the editor toolbar.

Yes. If you go to the menu at the bottom of the screen in ‘editor mode’ you can drag menu topics into any order.

Yes, the system exports courses as SCORM v1.2 and 2004 compliant which is the industry standard.
